1. Platform Overview
GetMyTym ("Platform", "We", "Us") provides a peer-to-peer virtual consultation platform connecting clients with verified independent professionals (including Chartered Accountants, Medical Doctors, Legal Advocates, Tech Consultants, and Business Mentors) for paid 1-on-1 video sessions via automated Google Meet integration.
2. User Account & Verification
Users must provide accurate, complete registration details. Professionals submitting applications to join GetMyTym warrant that all credentials, professional license numbers, degrees, and experience history submitted are authentic. GetMyTym reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing fraudulent data.
3. Booking & Strict Prepay Escrow
All consultations booked on GetMyTym operate under a strict 100% Prepay model. Sessions are only confirmed once payment is verified via UPI or payment gateway. Session fees are held securely in platform escrow until session completion.
4. Code of Conduct & Professional Standards
Both clients and professionals agree to adhere to standard professional ethics. Harassment, abusive language, non-consensual recordings, or illegal advice during video sessions are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination and legal action.
5. Limitation of Liability
GetMyTym acts solely as a technological facilitator. Information shared during consultation sessions constitutes direct advice from independent professionals. GetMyTym is not liable for outcomes resulting from professional consultation advice.
