GetMyTym operates under a strict escrow protection system. When you pay for a 1-on-1 virtual consultation session, your payment is held securely in platform escrow until your scheduled session is completed.

2. Full Refund Eligibility (Zero Ghosting Guarantee)

Clients are entitled to a 100% Full Refund under the following conditions:

• Professional No-Show: The expert fails to join the Google Meet session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.
• Cancellation by Expert: The professional cancels or requests rescheduling before the session.
• Technical Service Interruption: Major technical failure originating from the professional side preventing completion of the session.
• Advance Client Cancellation: Client cancels the booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled time slot.

3. How to Request a Refund / Report a Dispute

If an issue occurs during your session:

1. Go to your booking details page or click the floating 🎧 Support button.
2. Click Report Issue / Dispute Session.
3. Our Support Team verifies session timestamps and issues a 100% refund directly back to your original payment method or UPI account within 24 hours.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are credited back to your bank account or UPI ID within 1 to 3 business days depending on your financial institution.
