We collect information necessary to facilitate virtual consultations, including your Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Profile Photo, Professional Credentials (for experts), and UPI Payment Identifiers for withdrawal processing.
2. How We Use Information
Your data is used strictly to authenticate user access, issue automated Google Meet links, process session bookings, manage escrow payouts, and provide live customer support. We never sell or rent user personal data to third-party advertisers.
3. Payment & Financial Security
Financial transactions conducted via UPI deep-links or payment gateways (Razorpay) are processed using end-to-end encryption. GetMyTym does not store credit card numbers or private banking PINs on its servers.
4. Cookies & Authentication
We use secure encrypted authentication tokens (via Supabase Auth) to maintain your login session across devices. You can clear session cookies anytime by signing out of your account.
5. Data Erasure & User Rights
You have the right to inspect, update, or request permanent deletion of your account and personal data. Requests can be submitted to saifuknkd@gmail.com.
